If your order isn’t quite right for any reason, we’re here to help you.
Please review our return and exchange policy below:
- Eligibility: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective products. Only items with manufacturing defects1 are eligible for return or exchange. Issues caused by improper use, discoloration, or damage from wear are not considered manufacturing defects. Please provide clear photos or videos of the defective items for our review.
- Valid period: You may request a return for defective products within 6 months of receiving your order.
- Refund coverage: Refunds include the product value only and do not cover shipping costs.
- Shipping costs: If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping cost.
- Processing: Your refund or replacement request will be handled promptly once we receive the returned items.
- Refund method: Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as credit for your next order.
- Return Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, or each item must be packed individually to prevent damage during transit.
- How to request a return/exchange: You can email us at info@zvscollection.com or contact the person in charge of your order directly to discuss the details. We’ll process your request right away.

- What qualifies as a manufacturing defect:
Manufacturing defects refer to issues that occur during production and make the product different from the approved sample or our quality standards.
Examples include:
- Broken or missing parts (e.g., clasps, jump rings, stones).
- Uneven plating or peeling plating upon arrival.
- Obvious scratches or deformation when first received.
- Incorrect logo engraving or wrong color/material compared to order specifications.
Issues such as wear and tear, discoloration caused by contact with chemicals, water, or sweat, or accidental damage after use are not considered manufacturing defects. ↩︎
