Internationaly express including DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS/Yun Express, air freight and sea freight.
Shipping time

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation (or once the custom-made items are ready). Transit time typically ranges from 3–10 working days, depending on destination and courier service.
Secure Packaging

Jewelry is packed in a sturdy paper carton lined with EPE foam to protect it from shaking or impact. A tracking number will be sent after shipment for you to track online or via courier service.
Shipping Terms & Custom duties

International shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and possible import clearance fees according to your country’s regulations. We offer flexible shipping terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP. If you prefer a specific shipping arrangement or have your own forwarder, please let us know when placing your order.
How The Rates Are Calculated

Shipping fees are determined by the weight or the volumetric weight (VW), depending on which is higher. VW (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 6000.
