How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We’ll process your order within 3–5 working days, and delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on the courier service.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is depending on the weight or volume weight of merchandise, we will figure out after your selection.
Do I need to pay import tariffs for my order?
Yes, our listed prices do not include tariffs or shipping fees. All our products are shipped from China. Below are the approximate import tariff rates from China for your reference:
- China – Europe: 4% of the order value
- China – USA: 11%, in addition, there is an extra 25% Section 301 tariff on Chinese goods, bringing the total to approximately 36%.
- China – Canada: 6.5%
- China – Australia: 0%
- China – New Zealand: 5%
- China – Saudi Arabia / UAE: 5%
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), and Western Union.
Can you add my logo or use our packaging?
For custom products, adding your logo is fully supported wether you need logo tags, engraving, or lasering.
For our ready-to-order products, some items support lasering. However adding logo tags or engraving logos that requires bulk production steps or parts, there may be a MOQ ranging from 20–100 pcs.
If you’d like to add a logo, please contact us to discuss the details and we’ll guide you through the process.
We also support the use of your packaging. You can provide your own packaging or take advantage of our custom packaging services.
Do you offer barcode or packaging customization services?
Yes! We can help turn your UPC/EAN/GTIN numbers into scannable barcodes, print and apply barcode labels.
We also provide custom hang tags, packaging cards, and boxes — all tailored to your brand’s style and requirements.
Can you make custom products?

How do you color your stainless steel jewelry?

This innovative process applies a durable, vacuum-sealed coating of 18K gold, 18K rose gold, black, or rainbow finishes directly onto our 316L stainless steel pieces. Unlike traditional electroplating, PVD creates a tougher, more corrosion-resistant surface that ensures lasting beauty. Our PVD-coated jewelry is highly tarnish-resistant, designed to maintain its stunning shine for years with everyday wear. In fact, our coatings have been tested to withstand over 1,200 hours of neutral salt spray, proving their exceptional durability and quality.
How long does the plating color last?
Our standard-thickness PVD plating maintains its vibrant shine for 1 years, and thicker PVD plating lasts 2 years under normal wear conditions. With proper care, the color can last even longer.
To maximize the lifespan of your plated jewelry:
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent prolonged water exposure.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in a cool, dry place.
Is your jewelry nickel free?
Yes, our products fully comply with REACH regulations regarding nickel content release. For detailed information, including a reference test report, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist!
How do you ensure product quality?
We ensure high quality jewelry through multi-step process:
Each piece undergoes hand-inspection.
- We regularly send jewelry from bulk inventory for third-party REACH compliance testing, ensuring safe levels of lead, cadmium, and nickel.
- Random pieces from bulk production undergo corrosion and wear-resistance testing to check plating durability.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
